Do you love coffee... but only if it's sweet coffee?

Don't worry, I used to be the same. I used to live off of highly sweetened coffee (and I did not have just one small cup a day).

But if we aren't careful, those sugary cups of joe (even if it's using artificial sweeteners) can affect us mentally and physically.

When you learn to enjoy unsweetened coffee you can feel so much better, naturally reduce empty calories or highly processed ingredients, notice a change in your taste buds (in a positive way), feel less bloated, and even have more energy (which might be why you are turning to the coffee in the first place).
