I used to have my business set up to provide kids cooking classes, so I created this resource to share with you how kids of all ages (from toddlers to teens) can help in the kitchen!

The more we help teach our kids to cook at a young age, the more we can help them be well rounded healthy eaters that know how to take care of themselves when they are older.

Hi I’m Kati Sarbu, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Health Coach. But I am also a wife, mom of 2, self-taught home cook and lover of all things food (especially plants, chocolate, and coffee).
