Not to mention, healthy eating can be so confusing these days!


There are so many diets and healthy living recommendations out there, it can be tough to understand what we should be following.

Between work, home, and everything else you have on your plate, you don't have time or energy to follow anything complicated.

That is why I am passionate about helping busy tired nurses boost energy and feel better in their skin with real whole foods and simple healthy habits... keeping it simple and keeping it real.


I help nurse parents improve their own health by learning to STOP DIETING and START NOURISHING! I help you enjoy eating again, feel good about the habits you are working on, and nourish your body with whole food nutrition, with an emphasis on plant-based foods. And finding ways to make this work for the WHOLE family.


As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator, I only provides simple, easy to apply, well-researched recommendations and solutions to empower you to make choices you can follow for the rest of your life.
