Before I forget, let me introduce myself…

I am Kati Sarbu, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Health Coach, Wife, Mom of 2, and overall food enthusiast (although, I especially love plants, coffee, and chocolate).

Having worked in the health and wellness field for more than 15 years, I often find that while many people can temporarily follow diets or specific plans, they often miss how to take care of their WHOLE self.
